Hillside believes that delicious food is simple food and should always come with an ingredients list that you can understand.

Everything is made from scratch in their own kitchen, using ingredients produced in their backyard or by  their neighbours.

Hillside offers a variety of different products from ice cream to salami. Having a variety of products keeps it exciting allowing a continuous production of foods that constantly switches flavours based on what is available each season to ensure the best flavours are harnessed out of each ingredient.

Hillside practice regenerative farming. This means that the quality of soil is improved upon and efforts are made to put as much back into it as is taken out to ensure the soil will stay healthy for generations to come. This also helps our vegetables have higher levels of nutrients, as well as better flavour!
