Each day our culinary team creates a single one-off-the-menu item as a way to add some variety to our Classic Menu. Some days it might be a traditional favourite with some Pitchfork flair while on other days it could be a completely new recipe inspired by what the Chef saw in the market the day before. Either way, the team has no idea what it will be until the day of and neither will you. So think of it as a chef-inspired savoury surprise…and check back daily.
