With our new online portal, you’ll now have the option of shopping from home, or work, or school or pretty much anywhere that’s safe (and socially acceptable) to use a computer or mobile device. And just like when you come into our Pitchfork Market + Kitchen store in Market Meadows, you’ll be able to purchase all the everyday basics on your grocery list PLUS a delectable selection of prepared meals & snacks, too.

The Choice Is Yours
When making your online order, you can select from either of the options. They are all FREE with any online purchase of $40.00 or more. A $5.00 convenience fee will apply for orders under $40.00
1. Delivered To You: With any online purchase of $40.00 or more we’ll deliver your order anywhere within the Saskatoon city limits
2. Click & Collect: For more immediate access to your order you can come into the store to pick-up your online purchase
3. Curbside Pick-Up: For added convenience, you can have your order brought to you in your car–when parked in our designated parking spot.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

- Create A Profile: Once signed into the online portal, you’ll need to create a profile. You’ll have the option of storing your payment information for future orders.
- Place Items In Your Cart: Select the various items you wish to purchase--by ‘each’, by ‘lbs’, or by ‘100gs’--depending on product.
- Indicate Specific Requests: You can leave notes/directions for your virtual shopper to help them select the product in the same way you'd do it in person. If/when a product is unavailable you can also choose to have a substitution made--when allowed.
- Out Of Stock Notification: In the event of an item being out of stock AND substitutions have been disallowed, you will be contacted to determine if or how you would like your order to be amended.
- Select Your Delivery or Pick-Up Date & Time: During the checkout process you will be asked to choose a delivery or pickup time – for that same day (3 hours or more, later) or anytime up to 7 days out.
PAYMENTS, NOTIFICATIONS + PICK-UPS

- Online Payment: Your card will be preauthorized based on what you’d ordered, however the final charge will be processed only once the virtual shopping is completed – to account for variances in weighted item costs, substitutions or omissions, etc.
- Potential Convenience Fee: All online orders under $40 will be subject to a $5 convenience fee. The fee will be waived on any order above $40.
- Order Confirmations & Pick-Up Notifications: You will receive an email and/or text to confirm that your virtual shopping order has begun. You’ll then receive a second email and/or text once your order has been completed. This second notification will also include a reminder of your selected delivery or pickup date & time--along with the phone # to call once you’ve arrived at the store for pickup.
- Curbside Parking: At the stores parking lot, there will be multiple designated curbside parking spots; the signs at these curbside parking spots will also include a phone # and a reminder to call the store upon arrival.
- Delivered To You In Your Vehicle: Once you call to confirm your arrival--at the curbside pick-up location--your order will be delivered (in a bag and with a receipt) to you in your vehicle. An image of the receipt is also stored with the order online on the online shopping portal.
